A vast majority of Windows programs can be run using Wine in Linux.
Just install wine from
http://www.winehq.org/
in case of cent OS you can use yum to install wine.

you may look at

some of above can automate the installation process of office for you, but i suggest you to try openoffice first, its rock solid.

If you want to run MS Office then why are you using Open Source OS its terrible thinking i believe
