Its Working fine at my side and I Would like to tell you that PTCL Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited has blocked International IP's due to DDOS Attack on PTCL as well as .GOV.PK Sites.....

PTCL suks if they block international ips. then who do they allow to visit their site. a few hundred users from pakistan. anyway the draft seems ok to me. its just the implementation and i know somewhere in my heart that its going to end the same fate as all others have. u know what the police did to the guy involved in the western union money transfer fraud. they gave him a computer and asked him to produce money out of it by any means. The talk is on the papers and it wont be implemented although i hope it should be.
