Best Server Monitoring Tools

Hi fellows!

I would like to know which is the best server monitoring tool.

I know few of them..

MRTG for Traffic
BigBrother
NetSaint

can u tell me any other good or if you have in PHP/Mysql, It would be great..

Here's the list of monitoring tools I use

1. mrtg with rrdtools and 14all.cgi (network interfaces)
2. nagios (the 1.0+ series netsaint) for machines/process monitoring
3. snort/mysql with oinkmaster for ids, using acidlab for a php frontend.
