Dear Sir,
I auto mount my data of FAT partions now I want to put some securities to prevent access of other. how I can do this. can I put securities on some FAT partion folders like 'My Documents'

Since you're mounting a FAT partition you can't really put permissions on indivdual directories as FAT doesn't support such "unimportant" things (note: cynical remark against FAT filesystem). You can, however, set permissions on the entire mounted drive by manipulating the switches in the mount command you use when mounting the partition. Read the mount manpage ("man mount").
