is there any meeting going to be held in Isb

in coming days

It seems like all the activitiy for Linux is taking place in Karachi, lahore and even in fasalabad, but In Islamabad , we are the only two Linux Flag holders.

Are there any more Linux users from islamabad/Rawalpindi here ???????????

Guys cool down... there was meeting in Rwp a 1 or 2 month ago... i didn't attend the meeting nor i know it's results... arrange a meeting in isb... Insha-Allah this time we make it successful...

yes, you guz could make it a "Success" ... ! it is not that difficult, just be active & decide about a valid date & time for meeting. then u will see other ppl will join u too

Thx... farhan... we welcome u in Islamabad... as far as date is concern... 26th January, 2003 or 02th February, 2003 both SUNDAY.

In previous post i mentioned about F-10 Markaz for meeting place... i can also arrange as place in the heart of Islamabad that is in G-6/2 infront of BLUE AREA... if u ppl agree on any of these place / dates... kindly comments...

Also, if one of you guys is willing to be the coordinator for isb, please let me know as well, so that you can be given access to the 'announce' forum and the calendar.

for meeting... i posted twice for telling me which place (Blue Area/F-10 Markaz) is good for meeting so i can do necessary arrangements (i think Blue Area is best for all of us)... and as far as date is concern 26th of January or 02th of February which is ofcourse Sunday...

Kindly Isb/Rwp guys reply / comments so that we can deceide... thx

Fawad Insha-Allah i'll post u the confirm date / place (with complete address) but we need to be sure from the Isb guys who can come to specific place/date to attend meeting but so far no member (Isb/Rwp) reply/comment on place and date... as we get some replies /comments then i do post u place,date and time for the Isb meeting... thx

u should make sure that ...who will attend the meeting.
way is ..guys who want to attend the meeting ..mail some,ones email so that a rough estimate canbe done..

U r right Farhan... for a successful meeting we need maximum Linux persons (isb/rwp) specially members of PLUC living in Isb/Rwp, come and attend that we can initial some progress in making a base for Linux community of Isb/Rwp and also to establish an office (if necessary).

I urge Rwp/Isb PLUC members kindly reply to this post and submit u'r email or keep in touch so that maximum PLUC members can come...

aoa guys for succesful meeting pls have a pre planned arrangments...for me any place will be enough for meting ...bcz its very cold now a days in islamambad...thats y pls becarefull ..about time bcz i have to leave from lhr to atend the meeting...
i think there must be the temporary room of linuxpakistan in the private rooms on yahoo messenger...deciding by the posts will take a long time
