Any one tell me what is the Actual Cause of Server Over Loading Issue in SQL SERVER 2005.
I have G5 HP Proliant Machine with only 14 Client and other are online clients.
any one of you like to comment on it and share exprience.

it could be a lot of things. slow disk, not enough memory, badly written queries.

Overloading.
i have Server Machine of HP C 380 (G5), with Hard of 76 GB each of Four and 2 GB RAM, but i gives me message of Server Over Loading,
Did u still think that its because of SLOW HARD DRIVE ... is it so,
should i go for 146 GB Drive's ???

i have no idea. you need to start by showing us the exact error message, as it appears in the logs or on your display.
