You can also try using Network Manager for connecting to PTCL evdo service. Last time I tried Fedora, I successfully connected EVDO using this method http://binwaheed.blogspot.com/2010/12/c ... buntu.html

Those drivers are for Huawei devices not ZTE.

These instructions are for Ubuntu but should work in Readhat too

i know this is post is old and most probably dead but i think the better approach would be to add an entry in /etc/fstab (or to edit an old one if it exists) for the windows drive but disable automount for it. Consider for example that your windows drive is /dev/sdb1 and you have added a line to fst...
