issue resolved, I just copied yum.conf from following location

Hmmmm...

If i m not wrong and i hope then this is not my solution. I want to split traffic on port 80. I had once tried source routing for that but that soes not work for squid as for port 80 everything becomes locally generated and so no source ips. I may be wrong so guide.
