It is a server scanr . i am using TC and CBQ for limiting speed. and using iptables to redirecting squid port. traffic shaping everything doing in TC rules.

I want to limit 192.168.1.2 - 64kb download annd 20kb upload and IP of 192.168.1.3 - 128kb download and 64kb upload. I can adjust and change the bandwidth rate 64 to 80 like them. It is possible in BSD.
