outlook express with wireless router

a.a.
i m configured a wirelss router with ip 192.168.1.1 and DHCP is enabled on it. so that the eleients get ip addresses automticaly. i have put the proxy ip "10.11.0.5" in the router configuration. now browsing in ok on all clients.
i want to configure outlook express for mail server "10.11.0.8" but outlook didnt find the above address.the pop and smtp address are the same as ip of the mail server..
plz guide me how to configure outlook so that it can send and revcieve mails through local mail server910.11.0.
