mail return

i am using sendmail and service is ptcl when i am sending the mail to yahoo ,gmail and hotmail then the mails are returned and get the message i from spanhaus.org that u can't able to send the mail from dynamic ip's.
If nay one knows then please reply

Ptcl is assigning you dinamic ips. and these ips are black listed / marked dinamic by spamhaus servers
ask ptcl guys to provide you static ip or switch your service provider.

You know very well ptcl not providing static ips yet even if he got static ips from ptcl those are already marked as spam so his mail won't get through so changing isp is better idea.

I know but i wanted him experiment on the PTCL's
