Live CD Help required

Dear all ,


I am trying to modify knoppix Live CD so that it will boot up and manually setup an ip address netmask and gateway instead of getting it from gateway and start ssh service automatically

so please if you have an experience with this kind of stuff please share it with that how to edit image or some files so it will do it on startup as i want
