ACL's using Squid Server

i am using a squid server first time. i can not understand the Acl's any one how know about the acl's plz help me. or send me any doc in which mentioned about the acl's. thanks.

acl is access control list and you can mention a group such as

acl mynet src 192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0

src stand for src others of interest include
url_regex
urlpath_regex

the above two for blocking websites and expressions
there is a complete examples in squid.conf file it self and you can learn from other tutorial just need to search on google....

and later also add after the comment

#enter your rules here line in the http_access section

http_access allow mynet
