should i increase the value of the tag to make less delay or should i decrease the value of the tag "delay_initial_bucket_level"...

ur squid server configure perfectly just u have 2 use on the client side
HTTP PROXY ip of ur server where squid is runing & give the port 80 on msn , yahoo , mIRC on every chat application.

plz help me
i am installing centos 4.1 and using cbq.init 7.3 when i am configure it and using this command # (./cbq.init compile ) it can no take compile action
and do not start cbq
plz help us.

Salam,
I believe you need to issue following iptables commands which will resolve your problem.
/sbin/iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth0 -j MASQUERADE
OR
/sbin/iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth0 -j SNAT --to 192.168.0.1
Note: make sure you replace eth0 with your outgoing ethernet card and 192.168.0.1 with your External IP Address which were assigned you by ISP.
