Now i need one more help. I want to Restrict Bandwidth on Per User base. Like each user should get total of 16 KBps no matter which software of what ever the user uses.
I tried http://www.communitypk.com/linux/shaper/shaper-1.1.zip script, but this is not working. CBQ and HTB, dont know how to configure them, i tried to configure them but cant get it right.
