I would recommend using , or , they are not WYSIWYG editors though.
If you want WYSIWYG editor, try , it's same as nvu but with bug fixes and few more features (nvu is not being developed anymore).
P.S: Kompozer and NVU don't support PHP well, and they don't produce "clean" code, which is very hard to read/edit by hand.
