i want to learn php
but there is no institute who offers it
is there any institute in karachi for php
or any other person who have expertise in php and want to teach me
i m from karachi want to learn in also karachi every where

you don't need an institute for this. just install php and apache on your computer, and go through the various php tutorials online and documentation at php.net.
