Linux Socks Server - SS5 Without Authentication

After running the ss5 service the uplink raise very high, and with stopping ss5 service the uplink comes down.

If users are using Webcam and Voice Chat then it will use Uplink

Sorry for posting my question here after a long time.

Actually I am trying to block some traffic for some hosts on my LAN to restrict them to use only some selected sites.

permit - 0.0.0.0/0 - 0.0.0.0/0 - - - - -
deny - 10.10.10.12/24 - login.live.com 443 https - - -

IP address above is one of my localhost. I want to block Hotmail for this host. after adding this line either below permit line. Hotmail is still accessible from the host.

I also added deny above the permit line but also not working.
Any idea how to block the traffic.
