and brother please provide some more information then when the RHCE exams are conducted in pakistan.

In the current year, it does not seem possible that RHCE exam may conduct in Pakistan. RedHat india must be happy.....

but this time if it is not conducted in pakistan then one may suffer because he is ready for the exams.

In fact exam conduct is not in our control. RedHat India will be more than happy since they are still successful in their efforts to produce least RHCEs from Pakistan.
PSEB or OSRC needs to look after this matter.
