SparkleShare is an open-source file synchronization and collaboration tool that's powered by Git. After being in development for a long time, SparkleShare 1.0 was released on Sunday.
SparkleShare development began three years ago at a GNOME hacking session in Lodon. The open-source software works on Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows. The program creates a "special folder" where projects are kept and all projects are automatically synced to the hosts.
