Which is better choice Ubuntu Fedora as a server ?

HI all Linux Gurus

i want to ask which is the better choice between Ubuntu and Fedora for server i want to switch windows 2003 server please tell me in respect of

Fully Functional
Open Source
Stable
Robust

Please tell me

both meet all four of your requirements. however, the only thing you should be interested in is support.

ubuntu supports their server editions (LTS) for up to five years. fedora has no such support mechanism.
Watch out for the Manners Taliban!
Isn't it amazing how so many people can type "linuxpakistan.net" into their browsers but not "google.com"?

if you install an LTS (long term support) version of ubuntu, you can continue using the same installation for five years (or three years, if you install a desktop LTS release). that means you won't need to upgrade to a newer revision to get security and bug fixes -- canonical will provide the updates, for free, for up to five years.
